Good weight loss recipes By Jossif
The book is very complete and nicely presented. The recipes are good and are not terribly time consuming or complicated. I am going to refer to this cookbook regularly for ideas on meals and tips on preparing them. Nice choice, I would buy it again.

The recipes are varied and easy to read. No need to buy odd items at the grocery store, most items you'll probably have on hand anyway. I look forward to reading this author's vegetarian books!

Vesela Tabakova lives in Bulgaria with her family of five, a crazy Jack Russell Terrier and three adopted dogs.

Reading is her passion and coffee is her drug of choice. She loves cooking and preparing natural, homemade beauty products for family and friends. The Paleo diet is the one that works for me. I love meat and vegetables and I was looking for some different ideas and recipes. This book is a pleasant surprise and I am glad I downloaded it. It is well organized and easy to use. So far I have tried the Eggplants and Peppers Salad and the Hunter Style Chicken and I loved them. Gonna try and make all the recipies in the book.

The Paleo is like my diet soulmate. Of the many I’ve tried in the past years, it is the only one that actually worked for me. I feel it’s because the diet is realistic and does not involve exercise routines.

I am constantly in search of Paleo cookbooks, and a friend suggested Ms. Tabakova. She’s instantly my new choice author in this genre! Her recipes are easy to follow and do not require exotic ingredients (my pet peeve). They’re mostly old favorites of mine actually! I am personally a soup person, and I liked it a lot that she included severa in this book. I just know I’m going to have a lot of fun in my kitchen with this!

My family decided we wanted to eat better than what we've been doing and so I purchased this book through one of my e-reader daily deals. Boy have we been pleased with the results so far. Lots of fresh veggies and lean meats, or not. But the biggest and best are the herbs and spices that bring out these wonderful flavors. Even the early teen kiddos have enjoyed most of the meals. Worth every penny!

This book had a nice variety of easy recipes, as well as some more exotic sounding ones too (squid, anyone?). Best thing of all, I didn't really see what looked like a tough recipe. Sure, some had longer ingredient lists, but the prep work and cooking was very simple. Most recipes could be made with what I keep on hand in my kitchen.

I am now making mental notes of what I want to try from this recipe book next time I cook!

If only I could eat this way everyday. It's like a goal, and it works most of the time, but then...all the meat bothers me. I try alternative proteins: Greek yogurt, eggs (doesn't hurt the chicken, right?), cheese. Grain is our nemesis, I agree, we get too much, but a small bit occaissionally...I may just be fooling myself...and HFCS is addictive per many studies including my own, yet government subsidized so given stamp of approval. Gives you TONS of great ideas for veggies and fruits...love that!! Buy It!

It is a lovely idea: being able to eat pretty much all my favourite foods and feel virtuous, as well as lose a few pounds. (It is a pity pre-historic people didn't know about chocolate, though.)
This book has definitely inspired me to try out paleo recipes. They look so appetising and are incredibly easy to follow, full of very sensible ingredients.
