I make the Paleo Everyday Stuffing almost once every other week; it's the perfect blend of vegetables (onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery), protein (grass-fed beef), nuts (slivered almonds), and fruit (dried unsweetened cranberries). It's delicious, filling, and healthy.
The stuffed acorn squash and pumpkin muffins are also favorites.
I recommend this cookbook to anyone who likes to eat well and doesn't have all day to spend in the kitchen.
Also, YAY for photos! Most paleo cookbooks out right now have zero photos, so I loved that I could actually see what the finished meal looked like. It just makes it so much more appealing.

If you're looking for more confirmation that the paleo diet works, I'm living proof! I've lost over 20 pounds and have the energy of a ten year old. Paleo works.
I have tried at leatst 10 of these recipes. None of them has failed. Now, that is something!
My second review is that this is not just a cookbook. It is not just how to eat, what to eat, and where to get it...although for new Paleo eaters, she does give you all that information. It also makes you look at what you are doing with you free time, what are you doing with you loved ones...after reading the front section of this book, I made some really big changes in my life. I needed a reminder of what is important.
So as a cookbook it is wonderful, and for a great ingredients for some food for thought on how we manage our lives. It was wonderful to see that life is not all about what we eat!! (and as a new paleo eater...it was refreshing!)
Also after making many recipes my husband remarked that my cooking had gotten better!!!
Thanks for a wonderful book!!! I will be adding the others to my collection soon!
