I bought this book for my 2 year and 9 month old daughter to try to convince her to go #2 on the potty. She didn’t believe me when I told her that everyone has to take a #2 on the potty. Surprisingly I saw a recommendation for this on YouTube and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try see if this will make her stop pooping her underwear and not be afraid of the potty. She wants me to read this book over and over again along with constant reminders and rewards about pooping on the potty. As of the time I wrote this review, she’s finally pooping on the potty lol. “Clayton Parker really really has to pee” (managing pee accidents) along with “everyone poops” helped shaped my daughters mindset to not being afraid of using the bathroom.

「体の科学シリーズ」なんですけど、
それほど堅くもなく、
かといって、下品でもない、良書です。
子どもってウンチの話題が好きだから、きっとお気に入りの本になるでしょう。
ウンチの形、仕方、後始末など、
生き物によっていろいろなんですよね。
人間はトイレ、おまる、オムツの中でして、
お尻をきれいにして水で流します。
当たり前なんだけど、動物と比較すると、
結構きちんとしていることに気づかされます。
トイレトレーニングに有効ですよ。
英文はちょっと訳しにくいところがあるので、
原書（五味太郎さん/みんなうんち）を一読されるともっといいのでは。
