Brightness, contrast, and color accuracy are all on point. The days of having my Rasberry attached to a display with Velcro and a spaghetti nest of cords are finally over.
The touch input worked in Raspbian OS right out of the box with no additional drivers or setup needed. I don't really use the touch function very much, but it worked fine with my minimal testing.

First the included accessories are comprehensive and a nice touch on the hdmi thin ribbon cable that make a neat hdmi connection between the screen and my raspberry pi. I only wish they have done the same for the included two usb cables. Its good quality but a bit too long, not a big issue as shorter microusb cables are easy to find.
I plug in the two usb cables to the Raspberry pi usb slots and it work out of the box. There are microusb cables that don't support data and that could be the reason some people has problem getting their touchscreen to work. The included usb cables I have tested to work fine.
Raspberry pi would boot to 640x480 resolution without any modification. However, if you want the best the screen could offer 1024x600 you would still need to modify the config.txt in raspbian boot directory.
Add this to the last part of the config.txt

hdmi_mode=1
hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_cvt 1024 600 60 6 0 0 0

This little monitor is awesome! All the accessories are included with the screen, including the stand, HDMI, ribbon cables, USB, and little screwdriver. There is a bunch of inputs to play with your lab or an extension to a laptop/desktop. I am building an in-wall touch screen for my home automation controls, and have been searching for a small monitor without having to use a tablet instead for months. My wife ran across this on deal of the day, and PERFECT! The picture quality and mounting tabs makes this a perfect fit for what I've been looking for. I am buying 3 more to extend my home automation capabilities for user interface.

The reason why I get this is that I'm really satisfied in 10 inch model. And, in a different perspective, this model is better than that(since it support touch interaction).
I test this for both Windows 10 PC & Raspberry Pi. It works great for both. The size is really suit for Raspberry pi. Raspberry pi can be directly mounted to this display(there is a mount on the back)
In case of Windows 10, if you connect (power)usb to PC usb, it perfectly support touch function(very accurate and responsive).
Same for Raspberry pi. But some OS for raspberry pi doesn't support touch interaction basically(NOT display problem), so check it first.
Display quality itself is superb! Very bright & vivid.

Zuerst mal das Positive:
+ Er funktioniert super und einfach.
+ Die Touch-Funktion funktioniert auch ohne externe Stromversorgung... ABER!
+ Leicht aufzubauen
+ Jede Menge Extras im Paket
Negative
- Theoretisch kann man den Raspberry Pi hinten dran schrauben, aber nur wenn man sonst keine Lüfter und Gehäuse für Lüfter dran hat.
- Wenn man die Standfüße benutzt kann man den Pi hinten nicht dran Schraubern außer man hat L Stecker für die Stromversorgung und dem HDMI-Anschluss. anders rum dran schrauben geht zwar aber dann ist das mitgelieferte Kabel zu kurz.
- Die Beschreibung sagt dass man 2 mal 5 Volt Stromversorgungen braucht damit die Touch-Funktion läuft. DAS IST FALSCH. Die funktioniert auch ohne. Was allerdings dann nicht funktioniert sind die beiden eingebauten Lautsprecher. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden die Touch-Funktion zu deaktivieren dass die Lautsprecher dafür laufen. Über die GPIO konnte ich es nicht probieren da die Pins bereits durch die Lüfter belegt sind.
~Das Handbuch ist nicht korrekt, und außerdem (für meine Verhältnisse) in einem seltsamen Englisch verfasst.
Zumindest liest es sich so als müsste der Hersteller auf eine Mahlzeit verzichten weil er Kabel im Wert von ein paar Cent dazu gegeben hat.
~Während das Kabel Micro-USB zu USB richtig in der Länge ist das HDMI Kabel auf jeden Fall zu lang.
Obwohl ich bei den Negativen Punkten ausführlicher war gebe ich eine klare kauf Empfehlung.
