Unlike a previous "reviewer", I have read this book. It explains early on why the writing isn't the best, and the reason is quite acceptable.

But it's the information that is the heart of the matter. The California Franchise Tax Board has violated Federal and state constitutions, federal, multiple state, and local laws to take money they don't deserve from people who don't owe them money.

This isn't a bunch "whiners", this is a horrifying example of a government out of control. Something needs to be done, and you can start by educating yourself. This book is a start.

GOOD GUIDE. Whining one says? WHEN it happens to YOU, guaranteed you WILL...and I have a bad heart and high blood and needless to say it is helpful to know that there were others. I was NOT in California for the tax year they said I was, nor work nor anything. They calculated and since I am disabled and a Veteran, I thought a simple letter of explanation would knock it out. The only thing is I am not working and on food stamps, my few dollars still was levied and gone without due process. They finally acknowledge I was not there due to numerous paperwork/documents I sent. But I never got my money back!! UPDATE UPDATE DEC 21 2017. FTB ISSUED ME MY MONEY BACK, JUST RECEIVED IT! SO JUST KEEP ON WRITING TO THEM AND YOUR PROOF/EVIDENCE. IT TOOK ALMOST 2 YRS!!

Repeats the same information throughout the book

I just finished going over this and was impressed with how much whining and complaining can fit into such a small volume. If you want to read about the evils of government, and listen to complaint after complaint, then join the Pity Party hosted by Adrian Vance, victim extraordinaire. No solutions, just. wah-wah-wah.
