You should address this book to the investors as well. A lot of people don't want to hire ex cons so how
are they supposed to support themselves when the get out of prison. I hired exclusively ex cons for my
construction business and never had any problems with them. I told the cons, that the past did not matter
to me nor would I throw it in their faces. What I expected is for them to show up for work on time every
day, no excuses, work hard and don't give me attitude or disrespect and I got all of that. I told them
that I would be their biggest promoter but if the crossed me, I would be the first to drop a dime to their
parole officer and have them sent right back to jail.
