I would recommend this book to anyone interested in making even a little exercise a daily habit - to boost their energy levels, improve cognitive function and mood, and make the most of every day. I'm grateful to the author for this and many other books he's written and co-written. They've made a big and positive difference for me, and I'm writing this review in the hope that others will read his books and benefit from them as I have.
The author, Steve Smith provides practical tips and advice for making time for exercise, even for those of us with the busiest of schedules. Although I have been exercising for over 30 years, I was still able to find a few valuable ideas in his “32 Tactics” that will help me deal with the challenges and obstacles that typically show up at the most inopportune time when life happens.
There are plenty of strategies to help anyone overcome barriers or beliefs that have derailed your best intentions. No more excuses for blowing off your workouts. Learn how to implement a few of these strategies to your benefit, and then reap the life-long advantages that exercise provides.
I am sharing this book with my Health & Wellness community and subscribers as I believe it will become a valuable resource to maintaining their healthy lifestyle.
