'...I did not expect a book on sport to be as substantive, scholarly, and absorbing as I found this one. Mark Nesti's book is admirably packed with clear and cogent discussions on the foundations of existential psychology and philosophy which lead gracefully into useful examples of real-life application.' - Kirk J Schneider, Sport & Exercise Psychology Review Vol 2, Jan 2006 --This text refers to the Digital edition.
