Product Description

Can you solve the riddles and stop the kidnapping before it’s too late? Criminal activity is rampant in the frontier town of Fortune City, and now the sheriff has disappeared without a trace. With precious little time to find him, players need to work together to solve the crime. Over the course of the game, your investigation will lead you through Fortune City, with clues and strange items to be found throughout. You will need to search for answers in the saloon, drugstore, gunsmith, post office, prison, and bank. But in a unique twist, you will decide the order in which you will visit these locations and who you will interrogate along the way. Together with your team, you will collect clues and evaluate the townspeoples’ testimonies. But will you get the answers you need to rescue the sheriff in time? In the style of Dead Man on the Orient Express and Theft on the Mississippi, players must get to the bottom of a kidnapping in the Wild West in addition to solving all the riddles. None were too obscure or stupid feeling and it was an enjoyable one. Not too easy to make it boring, but s nothing too hard just for 5he sake of being difficult.

I've played most of the Exit Game series so far and this is my favorite to date. The puzzles were challenging and at times I felt stuck, but then I would step back and realize I had been staring at the solution all along. With two of us it took two hours but this is the first game I was able to get through with zero hints. It felt like quite the ACHIEVEMENT.
*I should note that the experience of completing at least a dozen other Exit games really helps. It would still have been fun but I would have needed hints on half the clues if this was my first go around.

This was the most fun I had completing an Exit game in a while! The puzzles in this one tight and well-made. There wasn't a single puzzle where the answer felt like a stretch. It's very similar to their other game, Dead Man on the Orient Express, if you played that one and liked it (I personally did).

The 3.5/5 difficulty rating seemed a touch high to me, but that may be because I'm experienced with these games. It would be more difficult for a first-timer, but in my opinion still very doable if it's your first one.
