Top Customer Reviews
Unlike her previous book, this book doesn't include as many stories, but provides many more exercises and tools to help one deal with an Expectation Hangover. The author, being very generous, also shares much of these tools on her blog (I could see similar stuff), but this book definitely provides a deeper insight into such topics and illustrate them with stories too.
I'm currently a young twenty something, and yet I feel this book helped me quite a lot already. It takes time to read it and digest it, and I foresee myself coming back again and again to refresh my memories and strengthen my skills. So I would really recommend readers to buy the book (I wish I could have bought the paperback) cuz it is definitely a useful and relevant book for time to come.
Another side note: being an atheist, I appreciate how the author kept the tone neutral without sacrificing the spirituality aspect in the concepts she offers. I don't feel uncomfortable or uneasy reading this at all (certain self help books tend to make me feel so).
