These seated excises strengthen your core and tighten your abs so you can maintain good posture and live pain-free. Hand towel needed. (16 min) Standing Core: Challenge your balance and increase your core stability with functional and unique standing core exercises. (9 min) Stretch: As moms, our bodies constantly feel taxed. Stretch your muscles in a dynamic way for ultimate relief and recovery. Hand towel needed. (9 min) Cardio Flow: Cardio and toning exercises are linked together with a flow of movement that leaves you feeling sweaty, strong, flexible and free. (22 min) Cardio Drills: Burn fat and build cardio endurance with a combo of cardio intervals and active recovery. The first few exercises start off slow and do-able and great for anyone. Then as you are ready she has more intense workout for when you're ready to pick it up. I was sore at first and it was just the boost I needed! Best part is, each session is the perfect amount of time to fit into a busy schedule. No major time commitment. Also if all else fails, her 9min stretching is just what I need to wind down. I feel so good afterwards.
This is such a great DVD to get back into shape and I keep telling all my girlfriends about it! You will adore Sara and having her apart of your fitness journey!
Sara’s workouts are the perfect transition to a fit, strong, and healthy post-partum body. Each workout has three different levels of intensity and modifications for women with diastasis recti/abdominal separations. They’re customizable enough to reach every mom.
If you follow the included calendar (super handy!), the workouts gradually increase in difficulty starting with core strength, and then add in new goals like strengthening and toning—and eventually cardio. Plus Sara is completely adorable and so very encouraging. All her encouragements keep me motivated at just the right time when I feel like I want to quit.
Whether you were fit before pregnancy or this is your first real go at exercising, this video set will give you confidence and strength, plus having the abs you’ve always wanted doesn’t hurt, too. Expect results—if you put in the time you will definitely get them. I am seeing fantastic results and, best of all, I feel so good!
I am six months post-partum with my fourth child and am soooo wishing I had these workouts after my other kids were born. Whenever I finish using these videos (although it’s hard to imagine a time when I won’t use them), I definitely plan on picking up her Sweat Unlimited workout videos. Being able to get a decent workout in at home is beyond convenient.
