It is well worth the time if you are involved in any asset of buying or selling a business not only from the ownership perspective but as well from the professional side: accounting, finance, legal etc. I have a background in investment bnanking and private equity and have been involved in many transactions from the structuring side as well as the sell side and I still learned a tremendous amount from this book.
