I really enjoyed the entire book, the tips were extremely helpful and NEW...yes, I learned something new! But I especially liked a few chapters that spoke to me and maybe to you as well:
Keeping Memorabilia: I have far too much of this, and it is so hard to let go....
Your Digital Home: I have stacks and stacks of DVD's and CD's and can never FIND anything when I want it...
Mail Management: I think I have a system...until I realize I forgot to pay that bill or respond to that person....
Such a great E-book, anyone that need or wants or desires to be more organized will LOVE this!

They all give a handful of tips of how to organize your mind and your space. With my two bedroom apartment, I really truly needed it. I have a big kitchen, an even bigger living room, a quaint home office, and a perfectly sized bedroom, and I have FIVE closets! Thankfully, they reminded me that not everything can be done in one day, with this quote, "The good news is that once you've learned the skill of organizing, you can apply it to every space in your home and
aspect of your life." I've got the first step down - reading this book. Now, I just need to apply the princles in my everyday life.
My favourite part of the book was in Chapter ten, S.T.E.P.S.
S - Sort into categories.
T - Treasure what counts.
E - Establish homes and systems.
P - Plan your container strategy.
S - Start your new habits.
With a guide like this and the other easy to follow tips in this book, how could you go wrong? I learned about what organization was, how to arrange my storage room, what to do with clutter, how to create creative spaces for the kids' belongings, mail management, and how to have a great tag sale! A few of them more important points they touched on for me were keeping memorabilia [which is my biggest problem!], making laundry easy -- not a chore like it is over here, my digital home - which is something I never thought about in my young age, but it really opened my mind to how important it is, and holiday solutions which are really important with the looming coming months.
Overall, it was an easy book to read and follow. It was really helpful when thinking about beginning to organize my living space and home office. I read reminders like, "Successful organizing not only involves physical change but often behavioral and motivational change as well," and "Everything does not have to be picture-perfect, but it should represent who we are and what we want from life." Now, it's time for me to go start to organize my living room, using the ideas they talked about in this book. Are you going to read the book, then start a new project? I feel extra motivated after reading it, and I think you would too!
Remember, only keep what you need and love!
Each chapter is a different area with advice from the expert in that area. There is advice on everything from what memorabilia to keep and what you can throw, to making laundry easier. I'll admit there are days that I want to just toss the clothes and dishes in the garbage instead of washing them. I even suggested to my husband that we just replace them when we ran out. Of course, that is not an option but there is a chapter for laundry. There was nothing on dishes so I will have to come up with that one on my own.
The chapters are extremely in dept and very easy to understand terms so there is no guess work on your part. None of the tips were very easy to do and I read nothing unreasonable like in some books I have seen. They even have a section with tips for the holiday and we all know how stressful those can be. It is a very lengthy book and is not filled with lots of pictures.
I received a copy of this Ebooks complimentary from Tomoson but this is my honest opinion.
