- Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2023This allowed me to prepare my husband, the best I could for testimony in a malpractice suit.
The lawyer and old time I did every single thing you wrote in the chapter.
He uses the word correct in the easy questions back to back to try to get you to say correct when he’s trying to confuse you with dates.
He tried to end it on a high note for him when he realized I wasn’t falling for it, and I was ready for that one second rule .
If anybody is reading this and trying to sue a doctor for malpractice a New York please understand it’s not a matter of evidence versus evidence it’s about who can hire the biggest gun. Honesty does not play in malpractice. These lawyers are experts at screwing with you..
And even doctors who wrote books about the correct way to do things will impeach themselves versus admit they’re wrong and lose their paycheck
- Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2018Book authors are experts in the field of legal and psychology issues. Their writing presents examples and cases. One area they touched my ego was the discovery phase and concluded that civil discovery is very important as each side may proceed openly, truthfully so that the evidence presented will be verified and confirmed during the trial. In my experience as a plaintiff (I am not a lawyer), I found out that although I presented my side truthfully with all the facts, the opposite side twisted the facts, and lies were the key elements of their defense. I figured out that one individual who has master legal expertise and manipulation of the truth and wordings, can get away with murder.
Regardless, the book has very important information and civil cases and I will continue reading the subject
