If you are looking for a rigid textbook approach, this will not be for you. Exploring Creation with Botany is well-rounded and fun, and it involves the whole family. We love it! --The Old Schoolhouse Magazine
Jeannie Fulbright's Exploring Creation with Botany is a wonderful excursion into the life of plants and the world God made, and is the perfect introduction to science for elementary-aged children. --Eclectic Homeschool Online
For a beautiful, age-appropriate, but in-depth introduction to the study of botany, I highly recommend Exploring Creation with Botany. It fits easily with almost any elementary-level homeschool curriculum or teaching style it is particularly well suited for a classical or Charlotte Mason approach that uses notebooking. I have not seen any early elementary science I like better than the Young Explorers series. --Learning Things
About the Author
About the author: Jeannie Fulbright is a mother of four who shares with her readers a love for God's Word, family, homeschooling, and science. She began speaking and writing in college as a sportscaster for the University of Texas and as a headline writer with the Daily Texan. Soon after her family set out on their homeschool journey, Jeannie recognized an immense need for scientifically sound creation-based curriculum that would be both engaging for kids and easy for parents to use. Her background in science at the University of Texas inspired her to create the Apologia elementary science courses.
