After retiring from a career teaching physics, chemistry and biology, Lynne Balzer began organizing extensive notes from a decade-long investigation of the climate change issue. Considering all the facts and looking at the connection between the science, history and politics of this issue, Lynne reached the inevitable conclusion that “human-caused global warming” is one of the greatest hoaxes ever visited upon mankind.

Working with Faraday Science Institute, a nonprofit organization, she has researched the topic of global climate change for thirteen years, sorting out fact from fiction. "Exposing the Great Climate Change Lie", published in June of 2023, is her second book about anthropogenic global warming. The first book, published in 2019, is entitled, "The Green New Deal and Climate Change: What You Need to Know". Because Lynne believes that a picture is worth 1000 words, she decided to include numerous full-color graphs and photos in an amazing 8 1/2 by 11 inch format for the second book.

Faraday Science Institute was named in honor of Michael Faraday, who is considered by many as the greatest experimental scientist of the 19th century. This organization is researching numerous ways to recycle plastics, including the conversion of plastics into useful fuels. In preparation for the total solar eclipse that will be seen across the southern United States on April 8, 2024, plans are in the works to construct a huge scale model of the Solar System.
