Corporate Rise to greatness!

Good to Great provides an interesting perspective on corporations that regard average performance ...as acceptable performance. Perhaps there is a positive correlation between average leadership and average performance! I believe great companies are the direct result of great people.

In his book, Corporate Rise: The X Principles of Extreme Personal Leadership, Curtis J. Crawford, Ph.D. suggests that creativity is a key ingredient to long term corporate success. Dr. Crawford believes that X-Leaders seem to possess a mysterious ability to see around corners to glimpse future trends. He further suggests that great companies are determined as much by their vision as by their products and services.

In other words, Good to Great is all about leaders who anticipate the future. As a consequence, they create a bright future for their corporations and themselves!
