Lidsky graduated from Harvard College at age nineteen, served as a Supreme Court law clerk, fathered four children, and turned a failing construction subcontractor into a highly profitable business.

    This book has been eye-opening for me, as has the author's perspective on taking life head-on. Whereas most books on personal growth and leadership fail to inspire, and most books on inspiration and motivation fail to relate to realties we all face such as fear and personal challenges, for which platitudes do not provide the solution, Eyes Wide Open delivers on both accounts.
