For the most part girls are taught at a young age to 'save their virginity', 'don't sleep around', 'do this, don't do that'. What ever happened to having a thought, feeling, desire and just acting on it without guilt (yea, I know, what a novel idea!). This book is a great tool for so many areas of life. If you want to do something, go into it with the confidence to do it and without the guilt/influences of society that have haunted you your entire life. In one word, this book is about CONFIDENCE. Giving women the confidence to date without feeling in any way terrible about how many men they date, how often they date, whom they date, whatever! And the best piece of advice, if anyone disrespects you/your friends/family/any part of your life LEAVE, stop seeing them, and get out. Learn when the other person is worth being in your presence and when they aren't - end it.
Girls and women need more ways to increase their confidence, and Heather Jones has done this in spades. Not only for those just starting out in the dating world, but especially for those who've been dating a long time and are having a hard time letting go of those issues that are holding them back from embracing who they are. Bravo!
Great prespecitve for men and woman to consider on how complicated relationships can be and why they don't need to be anymore!
