First led strip did not work when arrived. For the price, It wasn't really worth wasting my time to go through the hassle of returning it. I left a feedback reflecting my experience. Seller reached out and issued a replacement. The new one works fine, but the replacement ones appears to have been repaired/reattached from shorter strips. 5 stars for the customer service, 2 star for the item itself.

Poor finish and construction

I was looking forward to this product, at first glance it looked fine, but I flipped the reel to the other side and you can see defects in the water proof coating. As I rolled the strip out, I noticed that at every solder(18inches) there is a hump so it won’t lay flat and stick in those spots. There is a spot where a trace is sticking out from between the tape and the LED backing. There is at least one cold solder point (i’ll try to upload pics). When I finally got the spot where you could see the coating imperfection, it was stuck to the back of the layer over it, and even ripped a chunk of coating off the LEDs. Other spots simply didn’t have any. Seems like it was rolled up while the coating was still wet/hot. I am going to request and exchange and update when I get the new roll. I’m not even going to test the strip Incase there is a short somewhere. Not putting my power supply at risk.

Excellent choice for Waterproof LED's. Easy to use and the strip itself is about 1/2 of the width of strips I have used in the past. Makes for a much easier installation. VERY BRIGHT blue and perfect for my application.

These are a nice deep yellow color, not overly bright. Intend on installing these on a dog crate to give a nice warm glow so I can see them on my webcam, but not be too bright where they won't sleep during the day.

Great LED's, Bright, and Colorful

This product did everything it needed to do. I bought these LED's for the purpose of creating an under glow for multiple longboards. It produces a ton of light and did so with only 9 volts. While it should be powered by 12 volts I ran the strip with only one 9 volt battery. However, the adhesive backing sucks but that is the problem with most LED strips. Overall the lights did their job and look great.
