Not bad!! I doubt its advertisement that this product could actually help with losing weight and encourage better physical performance in general. However one thing I do realize is it can make you sweat a lot! Which really helps with getting rid of extra water in your body and kinda slims you in a way.

I just got this in the mail today . I wore it while cleaning the house (constantly moving up and down , back and forth & all around) . It took a while to start sweating with it on though . But it does stay in place , it doesn't roll down or anything so it's good to have to keep your arms and legs tightened .

These are high quality and work perfectly during my workouts and hikes.

They help me burn more and sweat more.

I love these! Worth the money, and happy over all with speed of shipping, quality, packaging, and durability.

They fit many size arms and legs. Perfect fit!

Advice for putting them on:
I attach one of the Velcro arms and then adjust the position before strapping both and then I tighten each separately after placement. :)

I also double the leg wraps into one to use on my stomach!

I really love this product! I recommend these over other comparable items on amazon.

I was nervous that the thigh wrap wasn’t going to fit my thighs because they’re huge. But it did and has much more extra room to go around. I used it while on the treadmill and got that extra sweat. Also my inner thigh has slimmed down and aren’t rubbing anymore. Definitely recommend.

The thigh wrap is just as described. I got it because I pulled my hamstring while running intervals. The material is thick, but it's very supportive, and because you strap it on, you control how much compression you want (and because it's so adjustable, I think it would probably fit pretty much anybody). I would not recommend wearing it under tight jeans--I've been wearing under sweats / over workout clothes. Even though it's thick, it is comfortable enough to run / exercise in. The wrap is well-constructed and feels like it will last a long time. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I like them but the smell is so awful I washed them twice and still smell. It's a very chemical smell. I left them outside and no difference. I'm trying febreeze next. Wish me luck

The red is fire engine red and the material so soft and drapey, it fits as expected with lots of forgiveness. Sleeves are longish so great for those with extra long arms. These are so pricey for what they are, but I fell in love with my black mesh 3/4 sleeves and use them all the time, it's a great wardrobe expander taking summer clothes into fall and even winter. A side bonus is that these serve as great undergarments. Pricey, but worth it.
