I read the reviews first, and expected to have to cook them forever and a day in order to get the middle cheese lump soft enough to serve. Not so.
They come in a large plastic bag with no cooking instructions. The TJ mini raviolis had a 16-18 minute cooking time. These are about 50% larger in size and they were done, done, done after 10 - 12 minutes of boiling...and we boiled 8 cups in a 10 quart pot.
The flavor was nice (we added pesto as our "topping") and the leftovers held up very well during the next few days. They were so good, a tweenage granddaughter came over the next day just to have them for breakfast (one minute reheated in the microwave).
So happy to have these, hope they are still available to buy when I finish this 11 lb bag!
