The book is an easy read that goes beyond the nuts and bolts of media relations, and gives advice on how to frame value based media and marketing messages. It has good advice on how to reach outside of the congregation, and reach new audiences that would be interested in the message if they just understood it. Free-marketeers does not have a great track record on doing this, but Smith is trying to help the entire movement learn from his research project.
