I am a Christian, wife to Emeka, and mother of three beautiful children, Ezra (19), Azure (19), and Noah (14). I was born in London and grew up in Nigeria, where I went to High School. I returned to the United Kingdom at age 17 and attended University and Graduate School. I moved to the United States in March 2000 and live in the Washington D.C. metro area with my husband and three children. I am an avid fan of health and fitness and an ex-runner who has completed ten full marathons. And I am passionate about purpose and fulfilling my life’s mission, which includes YOU.

I find myself wanting to be more organized, healthier, stronger in Christ, and not comparing my journey to the next moms.

The author really makes you feel like you have a trusted friend that not just empathizes with you, and understands you, but is rooting for you! When your a woman whose energy is often spent being the one that is uplifting others, knowing that someone is rooting for you means the world.
