This thing is amazing. I was a complete skeptic at first, remembering videos of ladies in leotards and legwarmers bouncing over-enthusiastically to disco music, the springs loudly boinging in the background like a terrible old bed, thinking there wasn't much too it other than the spectacle of bouncing like a circus performer.How wrong I was. Well, not about those ladies, but about this type of rebounder/mini trampoline and it's myriad benefits. I consider myself pretty well-read when it comes to fitness and wellness, but I never knew about all the health benefits of rebounding until I started researching it. I can't even remember how I got down that rabbit hole, but reading the studies, especially how helps lymphatic movement, I was curious enough to give it a try.Instead of starting out with a budget model, and jumped in with both feet and bought this one. And I'm so glad I did. I love this thing. It's a breeze to set up - just unpack, unfold, then insert the pins on each side - and check that the bands are all still secured (before unfolding all the way, when there's still some slack in them). I was up & bouncing in five minutes after it arrived.Of course it's fun, but it's so incredibly effective and efficient. As a runner in my youth - for 30+ years - I have a bit of arthritis in one knee and it can't take a beating anymore. Walking is only so vigorous, and I'm tired of wearing fourteen layers to get outside. And tired of people on the trails not wearing masks. : /I've found good workouts online - 10-30+ minutes - and the best thing about it is how easy it is. All I have to do is take off my shoes (and maybe change my bra) and I can get a fantastic, fun, easy, and super-effective workout in just 10-15 minutes, which is about equal to a 30-40 minute run (which I can't do anymore). Far better than walking - walking just doesn't provide the intensity we need when we're older.With this thing, I don't have to carve out 45-60 minutes to get out for a walk. Ten minutes of rebounding and I'm feeling it (albeit because I need to get back in shape, which should be easy now that I have this). But I can feel it working my legs, feet, ankles, core, arms - everything. And all the lymph movement! How did I not know about that before?At any rate, if you're looking for a fun, easy and super-effective workout, this is the rebounder for you. It's the best exercise equipment I've ever had. And easy to move to wherever I want to use it - can't say that about a treadmill or elliptical machine! It's quiet, super stable, and I would recommend the grippy socks with it, but barefoot works fine, too.Being a bit older now, I'm hoping to age well and extend physical and mental longevity as much as possible. This thing might be the single best option for exercise there is along with weight training. It provides the necessary intensity while cushioning the joints that nothing else can.Invest in yourself and your health! Get this! TEN STARS. Photo shows an average-small-sized cat relaxing on it, for scale. Thankfully she adheres to the 30-minute rule and wipes it down when she's finished. She's very clean. Enjoy!

At any rate, if you're looking for a fun, easy and super-effective workout, this is the rebounder for you. It's the best exercise equipment I've ever had. And easy to move to wherever I want to use it - can't say that about a treadmill or elliptical machine! It's quiet, super stable, and I would recommend the grippy socks with it, but barefoot works fine, too.

I immediately completed a rebounder workout following one of Rebound Fitness' Youtube videos and I was so impressed by the intensity of the workout. It was tough, yet so enjoyable! I am not a fan of cardio but this doesn't feel like cardio because it's so FUN!
As a Rebound Therapy and Flexi-Bounce Therapy Practitioner, I recommend rebounding for clients of all abilities for fitness, strengthening, balance, lymphatic drainage, weight lost... the list goes on.
