A lot of cook books do not give information I am looking for,
This book will be kept in our camper; I like slow cooker when on vacation, we are out and about, come back to camper at meal time, it is nice having a meal ready. Eating out is not an option because of all of the sodium and sugars used.
Our friend in Florida has one of these books; after looking at hers, I started my search.
We call our crockpot campground chef! We brown the meat before we leave, come back at lunch and add the veggies.
End of the day out on the water come back to camp, make a salad and dinner is done!
Best part is now they make CROCKPOT BAG LINERS!! So clean up is a breeze anytime of year!!
