I like it very much. It’s durable. Has a nice sensor for what it’s designed. Easily finds leaks, moisture, insulation voids, etc.
Took me five minutes to figure out how to transfer pictures from the camera to my I phone via Bluetooth. Remembered couple of reviews mentioning issue with them not uploading correctly. After playing with the camera for five minutes I realized that pictures transfer just fine. It just takes a minute for them to show up on your phone app. So I just submit pictures I choose, then wait a minute for all pictures to complete transfer and then open the FLIR app on my phone to share them. The camera shows completion of image transfer when it submits it, but the phone still needs a moment to receive it and upload it.

From everything I've known flir is supposed to be the who's who of thermal imaging and test and diagnostic equipment.
I guess you have to get into the thousand dollar plus range to get a thermal image that's discernable from flir, because let me tell you I've watched scrambled static HBO porn when I was a kid that had a better picture than this thing. Absolutely can't tell what anything is and the color that's supposed to indicate moisture Is just on random objects but also very static looking.
On the moisture meter side it's ok'ish. I mean it can kinda get you close to a maybe accurate reading but for $700.00 I want to be with in +- 1% on multiple material options.
I'll be straight up honest and tell you right now I wanted to love this thing but its a $700.00 kinda works moisture probe.
My cheap Home Depot moisture probe that cost me $40.00 does a way better and much more accurate job then this thing.

Then the worst part I've returned it and they're telling me it's going to be a minimum of 30 days before they'll issue a refund and an additional 5-7 days to show up in my account. What a joke .
Giving it an extra star because it does feel solid and well built but that's about it.

Did not work as advertised. Provided wrong readings with the touch prongs. Also, the image on the screen was terrible. I expected a better product from Flir. I even called customer support. The customer support person had to get a FLIR MR160 tester in front of him so that we could discuss the issues with my device. The customer service person's device also had wrong readings. He said that the devices were defective and told me to return my device for a full refund. Too bad FLIR couldn't make an accurate water leak tester.
