THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!
My bf purchased the Luna mini2 for me on Amazon last year and it stopped working recently. I registered my device on their website as soon as I received the product for the warranty. So after mine is broken I went ahead submitted my warranty claim on their website on 09/12/2018 and I received an auto email said they would contact me within 2 days. It's been a week now and I heard nothing from them at all. Tried to call the 844 number, no one ever answered. At this point, I don't think that two year warranty is even a real thing. Won't ever consider this brand. Very irresponsible. Please be aware!

I received my order today (Sat., 11/11/2018), I was so excited. I charged this "Foreo Luna mini 2 Facial Cleansing Brush-Blue" for 5 hrs. & tonight before going to bed I wanted to use this and.... I CAN'T GET IT TO WORK!!
Instructions DON'T CLEARLY EXPLAIN Why this won't work.
So I just spent $139.00 on a product that doesn't work!
I'm quite upset! I Do Hope that I hear some kind of Information from the Foreo Team, Soon. Or... I want to send this back!

- Foreo magnet with barcode (no idea what this was for)

Pros:
- Made my skin soft and smooth and so clean feeling after the first use; it seems to have helped with jawline breakouts, too
- Timed buzzes tell you when to change areas on your face and when to stop
- It seems like it is going to stay charged forever (5 months on one charge)
- The silicone bristles are MUCH less prone to bacteria buildup than my old Clarisonic brush
- Very gentle on sensitive skin; I use this in the morning and the evening

Cons:
- Maybe a little awkward to hold at first since it's so small and you have to hold onto it while it's vibrating (possibly look at the PMD Clean brush if you like the silicone style but are worried about dropping this)

Summary: I highly recommend this brush to anyone looking to incorporate a cleansing brush into their routine. I've used a Clarisonic in the past but set it aside when I felt the bristles were just too prone to bacteria buildup and changing the brush heads every few weeks just seemed like a waste of money. I was skeptical of the Foreo because I've seen similar looking dupes for a quarter of the price, but honestly it really does seem to work amazingly well - the price has been totally worth it for the way it's helping my skin stay smooth and acne free. I thought other reviewers may have been exaggerating how smoothing it is, but I do seriously feel like my skin is incredibly soft (even right after the first time I used it). I have semi-sensitive skin so I mostly use only the fine bristled side and I am able to use it in the morning and evening with no problems. Some reviewers mentioned the brush getting grimy (moldy) and I think that will happen if you leave it sitting wet for too long. I've managed to avoid this and keep my Foreo clean by shaking it after use to remove any water buildup and then putting it in a little mesh bag hanging in my bathroom so it can't sit in a puddle of water.

I have never written a review before but as someone who has struggled with troublesome skin for over 10 years, I feel it's important to share my experience with others. At 25, I was fed up with looking in the mirror and seeing a face of spots and blackheads with a blotchy skin tone. I have always been warned the bristle face brushes would be too severe on my skin so had ruled out that option. After watching many user videos for the Luna before buying, I felt that it would be worth taking a risk on it and I'm glad I did. I have been using this for over 6 months now and I have seen a significant improvement in my skin. My complexion is clearer and skin tone far more even. I still get breakouts but less frequently and only when I am stressed. Lots of people have noticed the change in my skin and although it will never be 100% perfect I have the Luna to thank for the huge improvement.

I didn't use it. And my review is nothing to do with the product itself yet. I return and replace the first one right after I received it. See pic 1 and 3. It was an open box and no foreo logo on the body. When I open it and touch the "Luna" itself, I don't feel like it worth the money I paid. So I carefully checked the item. And after I received the new one in pic 2 and 4 I am 100% sure the first one I received is a fake one. Just want to warn every one double check your item when you receive them. Hope this help.

What can I say I love this, since using these cleaning devices my skin has never glowed more, I think everybody should have one, but a real foreo???? My cheap hallicare is identical you are paying for a name, get a cheap one, you won’t look back but can’t fault it X

I am so glad I bought this. I've had it for about eight months now and it's changed my skin.

First, I'm glad I bought it here because I saved some cash. It's more expensive at Selfridges, etc and on the beauty sites.

I use this once a day with a foaming cleanser. I've used several different ones with it and they've all been fine. I think you're supposed to use it twice a day but I forget, and anyway doing it once has been alright for me.

I don't know if this really exfoliates so much, like a face brush/Clarisonic would, but it definitely tones the skin. Another thing it does, and this might be TMI but I'd want to know if I was considering buying one, is that it loosens all those little sebaceous filaments that sit in your pores so that next time you use your cleansing oil they just pop right out and your skin suddenly looks amazing.

I'm not going to pretend that I know how this machine works but I know that it does. My skin is smoother, firmer, brighter and more clear.

Yes, they're expensive. But they're also really durable, easy to take care of, and a charge lasts for ages. Plus there's that whole "it makes your skin look awesome while you wash your face and you have to do that anyway" thing.
