The author presents four questions that need to be answered at the outset. Readers need to list the things they are experts at, what do you want to be known for, when are you happiest, and what must you do to move your business forward? She discusses the physical requirements necessary for setting up an office and the mindset needed to succeed. There are certain qualities that are needed for success, and lots of things to consider in setting up a schedule. Working from home does not mean one does not need to set limits nor can one be expected to run home and business without conflicts arising.

Flansburg provides a list of resources that will assist the reader to locate the necessary resources and even provides sample contracts and internet links to connect with them. The book is useful for anyone considering starting their own business as well as those who need a refresher course to become more effective.
