This vanilla rocks my blueberry muffins!! ( I bake them for my diabetic husband, for Church ,and to repay those who have done favors for us--they return the containers and ask for them to be refilled!!)
This vanilla does not have that sourish undertone that some Madagascar Bourbon types have-- it is pure, bright and brings the best to muffins so that I can keep the sugar amount on the minimal side.
If I were living in past times when women would dab a bit of vanilla behind their ears ,in lieu of cologne ,to charm lovers--this would be the one I would use!

The title is hyperbole, but I can honestly say that this is likely my favorite vanilla extract. I tested this vanilla out by flavoring homemade vanilla frosting with it, and adding a splash to vanilla ice cream and cake and I can honestly say that the flavor is sublime.

Next, I want to try mixing it with Nielsen Massey bourbon extract in cakes and icings. I think the flavor would be unparalleled. Whether or not Ugandan extract is better than Madagascar is not easy to say. I don't want to succumb to the dreaded placebo effect, but both are surely among the best vanillas out there, especially for baked goods.
