    Good but could be better
You're sort of in a bind when looking for a power supply in this form factor. FSP is the creator of this form factor from what I understand, and are the go to manufacturer when you want one of these. In my use case, I didn't need or want any of the 4pin molex wires as they didn't have anywhere to be stored in the tiny case I wanted to use. So, I went ahead and opened it up. The tight packaging I expected. The power supply feels heavy and evenly weighted. Not a criticism at all. The criticism comes when I got it shucked. Blobby solder. Obvious manual rework involved with some hard jumper wire used to connect various "power rails". It's not all bad, to my untrained eye, I liked what I saw in general like the PCB cutouts for power separation. Seems like this PSU is ripe for a revision though.Having said that, the power supply works great. Close to silent and mine doesn't have any odd coil whine. Wasn't too difficult to put back together. Silicone where it was needed to stabilize components. Practically wrapped in that black short circuit protection stuff/polystyrene.It ain't perfect, but it works.
