This very short story has all of the necessary elements for a good read. Stacy forgave Judd when she accused him of meanly teasing her in high school 14 years ago when she learnes he didn't tease her at all. You'll enjoy this story.

LOOOOOVED IT. For a short story it has everything and that's what I'm looking for. Another great story by Kate Kent.

I recommend you read all the FUR books. They are great stories.

Too short, no real character development. After the marriage, the story jumps to weeks later and all of sudden the hero wants to take the heroine to bed with only vague references to how the family was coping. The heroine is suddenly convinced that the hero did not bully her at school and then they fall in love instantly.

Jackpot! Another winner from Kate Kent! Furgiven is the third book in the amazing Sexy in Fur Series by Kate Kent and what a tasty little tidbit it is! I love! Kate has dazzled us again with another delightful story from our favorite shifter town, Frederick, Maryland. The story is cute, exciting, humorous, romantic and deliciously sexy. The dialogue is smart, snappy, well written and funny. The characters are captivating, engaging, endearing and at times, laugh out loud funny. Kate skillfully combines these elements into a wonderful paranormal read filled to the brim with humor, wonderful characters and sweet romance. I loved it! And, I just love this town with all its wacky businesses like the Bite Me Bar and the Slice of Pie Pizzeria (sound familiar?) and every single one of its crazy, lovable characters. Bear shifter, Stacy Winston has not had an easy life. As a matter of fact, it's been a disaster and is only getting worse. Her Mom was a drunk, her Dad made a speedy exit when she was a child, she got pregnant her senior year with twins no less and her boyfriend and soon to be dad goes AWOL as soon as he got the news. And if that wasn't enough, she was harassed and bullied by the reigning high school queen of mean, Monica Lewis, her cronies and her wealthy, knock your socks off, mighty fine looking, jock boyfriend, bear shifter Judd DeGranger. Oh my! Now fourteen years later, she's left to raise her twins, Carter and Misty, all on her own and to make matters even worse - she's broke and desperately needs money! But never fear, dawn breaks on the horizon for poor Stacy. It seems some old rich guy has just kicked the bucket and left his entire estate to his son and only heir, but there is one caveat - the son has to get married within two weeks of reading the will, and has to live with his wife and stay married for at least a year or he gets nothing. Running into your old High School friends can be awkward. Especially when you realize that the hunky man in front of you is your son’s math teacher but also made fun of you as a teenager. Having to admit to him that she was a single mom barely making ends-meet was tough. Stacy knew Carter needed a tutor but she couldn’t afford to feed the kids let alone get him help.

Alicia hated to see Stacy down and out. She made sure to give Stacy good prices on the things she brought into the second hand shop. So when a “marriage lottery” sponsored by a young rich bachelor was announced Alicia suggest Stacy should try it. But learning it was Judd – her son’s teacher and former high school bully, could she go through with it? Judd continues to dismiss Stacy’s claims of being a bully and she can’t help but fall for his charms. Given some time Stacy realizes Judd wasn’t who she thought he was and perhaps she has found love after all?

It seemed the arranged marriage would be a perfect set up for both Stacy and Judd. She would get a place to live with her children, some money to save and her bills paid. Judd would inherit the millions his family left him. But having a history with each other proves to be too tempting when it comes to playing the part.

Having to face some of the people we disliked or were afraid of in high school probably happens to a lot of people. But this is definitely a unique situation and so glad it had a happy ending for Stacy! Hot and steamy sex doesn’t hurt either! Quick and easy read. While the novels are stand alone, I do suggest reading them all in order to get a better picture of all the characters as they do wind up in the other books.
