These fables can be used by not only leaders in an organization but by individuals at all levels throughout an organization
who want others to “see” and understand their point of view. It has long been recognized that telling stories is more effective than reporting facts in our attempts to inspire, persuade and influence others. In addition to using this work as a resource for storytelling in the workplace, the fables and the author’s comments also provide an avenue for individual self-reflection.
