it is important for the distributor to inform the online purchase link (amazon) that they provide the manual, descriptive guide of the product on their website (which is a very good and complete manual of techniques and materials) put a piece of paper together with the product inside the box that arrived in the hands of the consumers with this simple information (saying that this information is available online, leave the link written), so that the consumer has immediate access as soon as the product box opens . It is worth putting an extra tag in the box explaining about the quality of the glass that is handmade. I enjoyed the service of the customer service, they were attentive and they answered me immediately. it's worth taking a chance and relying on the product. Thank you Lure.

    I've seen a lot of complaints about the lack of instruction manual for this product. Anyone who can't figure out how to use this without a manual or doesn't know how to run an online search for facial cupping techniques / tutorials probably shouldn't be buying this. I find it to be ridiculously intuitive, with a very brief learning curve. Product is made well. A bit overpriced for a piece of glass and rubber, but hey, specialty skin products always have a markup, and this piece will last forever as long as i don't break it. Would definitely buy again. Glad i didn't get the cheaper latex options. For smaller areas, the oval will be a little less effective, so be sure to buy a shape that will work for your intended purpose. I find that the shape of the oval probably makes it a bit more foolproof, as it's of medium size, so you're less likely to bruise yourself than you might be with a much more targeted shape, like a small circle. Just speculating.

    I own 3 different product from the company and also their silicone cupping for face and body also.
    I ordered the glass thinking it will be even better but honestly save some money and get the silicone one for face will do the same thing and I honestly think the silicone one are easier to use and clean and suction is so much better

    For body cupping I will regiment the silicone one call the edge. My phisical therapy recommended and they are the most durable and suction is the best.

    They have good suction. I have nothing to compare them to though. The tiny one is great for the face and around the nose. I really have no idea what I am doing. I use them more for lymphatic drainage and areas that the skin and muscle feel bound together. Works fantastic. I have only had a them a week. I am trying to use the big suction cup to the suck the fat out of the spare tire that exist around my waist. After a week and only using it twice in the area I haven't seen a difference yet. HAHA But, I've been using them on the inside of the legs; where the fat ripples down. After daily use for a week the skin has smoothed considerably. I'm impressed.I've noticed they have helped release tension and stiffness in the neck region. These just bring blood flow to the areas.
