So it is my recommendation to buy the regular book.
Also, the routine takes a longer than 10 minutes, which is not a huge detractor. Perhaps it takes someone who has been doing it for months only ten minutes once they've memorized a couple of hundred acupressure points and the sequence, etc.
Again, I think the material is good, but that it is just misrepresented in the two ways mentioned above. I will continue to use the material, and will ask Amazon to return the Kindle version for the regular book.
As usual, Amazon took care of this issue much to my satisfaction. I put a call into Amazon and the rep gave me credit for the purchase (since it has been over seven days since I made the Kindle purchase), which I immediately applied towards purchase of the paperback version.
