This movie says little about the actual events of 9/11, why it happened, and unknown players behind the scenes and conspiracies/cover ups. It focuses on families who lost loved ones in Iraq and innocent Iraqi's maimed/killed in the Iraq war and ties the mutually profitable $$$ relationship between the Bush-bin Laden families.
Michael Moore is a brilliant director but his views are so extraordinarily far left that he can't even see the middle, thus his views lose balance. Being in the middle allows a person to see both sides, and not be controlled by runaway unbridled extreme political bias.
It was an established scientific fact in the dark ages THAT THE EARTH IS FLAT. IT IS. Michael Moore has fallen off the left side of the 🌎 earth here falsely represented as round, and is in liberal freefall.

I recommend this DVD. It provides the true inside to the mistakes Bush and his cabinet made prior to 9/11. It's ovious 9/11 was avoidable had they been on top of the information provided. I don't think W is a bad man at all but I don't think he or his cabinet us being totally upfront with the American citizens. Im no different than all Americans I hate this happened and my heart goes out to the families that lost a love one.

Let me tell you something – writing a review is not as easy as it looks. Sure you can write down a single sentence as if you were limited to eBay’s feedback comments but writing a genuine review that I think is good enough to post takes time and immediacy. For the most part, I tend to quickly create a first draft immediately after I am finished considering the product but occasionally, I totally NEVER get it done the backlog goes back years, if not decades. Now I would like to have that list disappear but there is no away the proposed review would meet my personal standard.
This particular product has been in my account for a little more than a decade, well before the time I started writing reviews regular in 2011 and most likely, I no longer have it and I am not about to be bothered to look for it. No doubt I had some use for it at the time, but its time has passed and if the second most recent review is any indication, I am not the only person thinking so. In the case of this film, I have long since decided to do to as few film reviews as possible and leave movie reviews to people who regularly watch movies and stay up to date – I am fairly certain the last film I paid to watch in a theater was Shrek 4? It was probably Swan Lake performed by a foreign ballet company as part of those live performances broadcast to theaters. Yeah, I went to those things… alone… repeatedly because I had an interest in it.
Well, that certainly feels a little better. Now that I have returned to work, my days off have more meaning and since I have passed 1k of helpful votes to my review, I have put more thought into my origins and progress through the years – there is still a way to go through and I hope that I will never create this backlog again. With that in mind, I hope that from this point on we will both consider our product review so we do not end up with needless clutter.

What a bunch of horse smack. I'm sure it's all true, but don't you ever wonder why it's always after the politicians are out of office that we learn the real truth about these illegitimate shysters? Like Clinton's Mena Arkansas? Stop boring me with this clap trap. The same garbage is true of all these rogues. Because they're ALL rogues.

I always enjoy Michael Moore's films. They are always eye-opening & thought provoking. Politics is a dirty business; but this is over the top. I believe that the public has a right to know about the underhanded tactics used by some politians. I am glad that there are people like Michael Moore that are willing to inform us. This dvd arrived much sooner than promised & in better than described condition. I highly recommend this seller.

My mom and I loved this film, especially since we live in NYC and were here on 9/11. Once again, as in his other films, Michael Moore deftly interviews people we learn a lot from. Even if you think you know a lot about 9/11 and its aftermath, Michael Moore will make realize there's still more to learn!

This documentary was my introduction to Michael Moore. Expect some serious liberal bias or, as we liberals like to call them, facts.

A compelling documentary

This reveals that the George W, Bush administration always placed their own interests and the pursuit of money and power over those of their own citizens and of course those of any other country. It's too complex to sum up a in few words but instead I urge anyone interested in the truth to view it. One caveat: in the comments on the slipcase. some reviewers try to claim that parts of it are funny - it is absolutely not. Indeed quite a sobering film and when you have (among many other matters) details of people dying, from 9/11 to Iraq and Afghanistan, it cannot be remotely amusing.

Absolute must see....

I have seen several of Moore’s previous works, but I think this is probably the most shocking. I do not think it is partisan, as he bashes republicans AND democrats and their systems. Speaking from the UK, which I am only too aware is not perfect in any way, I am stunned by how the views of ‘average’ Americans are ignored or crushed. Flint water fiasco; electoral colleges; Fitbits for teachers; lack of health care; the personal behaviour of certain presidents; I pray for your country.
I write just a few days after the murder of George Floyd, and while the many worldwide protests are going on. The best thing about this film is that it should make ALL nations and politicians reflect on how their people are treated.
Yes, the film does cover a lot of issues, and so deserves to be watched several times.
Wow.....

Far below his usual standard

I was so looking forward to this as I admire and respect Moore tremendously. However, I found it bitty, switching from subject to subject without necessarily closing one before starting on another. I also thought the sound quality poor and wished there had been an English subtitles option as occasionally I struggle with some American accents!

Revealed what went on behind the scenes in the George W. Bush War on Iraq. The treachery of the US President and his accomplices, Cheney and Rumsfeld was disgusting. The lies that they told the American people about weapons of mass destruction and the threat to their country from Iraq in order to justify the war were quite cynical. Michael Moore did an excellent job in this documentary.

Shock and Awe

This film is shocking and thought-provoking in equal measure and as only a feature by Michael Moore can be. It is fast paced whilst never stretching credibility. It is something everyone should watch.
