Cute, quirky characters, wonderful pets, a great story, and a HEA

This is book 2 in the series, and you don’t need to read book 1, but with Ms. Gray’s writing, you’ll want to.
Maddie’s love life is lacking, seriously so. When Mrs. Haverty gives Maddie the stuffed frog to give to Maddie’s dog Bogie, her life begins to change. Now every time she turns around, there’s a real life frog in her house and Bogies hasn’t ripped up the frog like he normally does to stuffies, as a matter of fact, he barely touches it, preferring his new friend, the real frog.
When Maddie’s super-hot neighbor, the fire fighter Chase, asks if he could take Bogie out on some of his runs, Maddie wishes he was asking to take her out. You see, Chase plays a huge part in some of her best fantasies and she desperately wants to know if reality can live up to the fantasy.
Maddie is one of those quirky heroines, the type that does cringeworthy things like proposition a firefighter, thinking he’s a stripper. The one who wakes up with a frog next to her head. She’s funny, funky, sweet, caring, and kind. The kind of person you want as a best friend.
Chase is upfront, honest, caring, and loving. The perfect man wrapped up in a bow and living right next door to our heroine. You root for the pair, you want them to succeed because they’re absolutely adorable together. I do have to admit though, I absolutely love Maddie’s friend Brea. She’s a hoot and I truly hope that Ms. Gray has a book with Brea getting her own HEA.
So, Fairy Misspelled has cute, quirky characters, wonderful pets, a great story, and a HEA, why haven’t you read it yet? Oh, and if you read this before book 1, you’ll definitely want to read book 1.

Fairy Misspelled is another adorable and quirky story by Elena!

This story follows Maddie when her not so interesting love life does a complete 180 thanks to her dog, Bogie, taking the lead by pushing Maddie towards their super-hot neighbor Chase. During the second outing of one morning, Maddie and Bogie took a break while Bogie had to do his business and here comes Chase on his morning run. Surprisingly after an embarrassing conversation, Chase offers to take Bogie out on some of his morning runs.

It seems like every time that Chase and Maddie hang out something odd is brought into the equation making Maddie want to go and hide, yet somehow through it, the two develop this unique relationship of wanting to get close and somehow still holding out.

If that’s not stressful enough, Bogie has made a new friend with a frog that he lets in the house every night and watches intently not letting Maddie close enough to be put outside. Then, there’s the encounter at her best friend’s bachelorette party involving some of Chase’s firefighter brothers mistaken as strippers at the party.

I highly recommend Fairly Misspelled if you’re looking for a quick fun book! There were plenty of cringe worthy moments thanks to Bogie who loves to stick his nose where the sun doesn’t shine and bringing out items that caused Maddie to blush. Can Maddie and Chase spark a lasting relationship, or will the kindling be put out like a fire?

Maddie just couldn't catch a break. Having a hot fireman as a next door neighbor had Maddie tripping over her tongue every time her path crossed with Chase. He gave her chills... Oh, if only... But if wishes were fishes she'd still be baiting her hook. Thank goodness Chase seems to like her dog, Bogie. Now, if Maddie could just figure out why she had a frog appearing and disappearing, and why Bogie was so enamoured with it...

What a fun and funny read! Entertaining characters and a lively plot line keep you engaged, and with the magic of love sprinkled liberally throughout!

Frogs, firefighters, dogs - recipe for RomCom!!

Things couldn’t be more exciting, Gwen and Ethan are planning their wedding. Maddie’s only got a month left and she’ll have her master’s degree in Marketing. As she’s winding down her school career, Maddie is looking to the future. She knows she wants a home with a yard big enough for her dog, Bodie, to be able to run around. But moving means she won’t see her ridiculously hot neighbor, Chase.

Over lunch one day, Mrs. H gives Maddie a stuffed frog prince for Bodie. But Bodie makes friends with a real frog and instead decides he wants to give the stuffed frog to Chase, along with other things that lead to no end of embarrassment for Maddie.

This second installment of Elena Gray’s Tipsy Fairy Godmother Chronicles is just as laugh out loud funny as the first. The irreverent humor and melt your heart moments are any fan could ask for.

Wow, this book was awesome!!! I love books that make me laugh and this made me laugh out loud many times. I got some looks.

Fairy Misspelled is book two in the Tipsy Fairy Godmother Chronicles, don't you just love the name, and it can be read as a stand a lone but I would recommend reading book one too so that you get the feel of the series. Plus that one is just as funny and amazing.

Maddie and Chase a perfect for each other and I enjoyed their journey to romance very much. This type of romance is the type that makes you feel good and happy. Plus side we dogs that do more than their fair share of helping their humans.

So if you are looking for a sweet and funny romance to read, one that will leave you feeling happy, I would recommend giving Fairy Misspelled a go.
