I love this movie but I am very disappointed by the DVD.

The video transfer is great, no complaints there but the only bonus feature is the trailer and there isn't an english subtitle track.

I can understand that it's an indie film and they cannot afford a lot extras but being slightly hearing impaired, subtitles are important to me.

Really 4.5 stars though. There is something very endearing about the 2 leads in this film. Parker Croft and Emilia Zoryan. it is very easy to believe that these 2 are in love with each other from the very start. In a nutshell, he has a brain tumor and is undergoing surgery the following day, he meets Chloe who is working in a smoothie store, he attends her photo exhibit they spend the whoe evening together and it is so lovely. When Elliot has to tell her why he can't hang with her over the weekend, things get real. The 1/2 star loss, is due to her reaction (it seemed to be about her) I have said in the past low budget doesn't have to mean bad movie and here is a prime example. Many people will not like the end but I did...to me it was what it was supposed to be. I loved it, it was a little sad but also uplifting. check it out.

Yikes. Hard to buy that two people could be so deeply in love or "like" after one night of party-going together -- but most especially because of their inane conversation. A pretty pedestrian script left this viewer simply unable to connect with or feel much for the characters. His situation is, of course, sad, but I just felt their connection to be so unbelievable/empty. Although given that texting and 164 Twitter characters are what frame our social "expression" today, perhaps the dialogue is actually a pretty good representation of what "connection" IS for many people, now. As in, conversation of any real depth (along with writing) has become a thing of the past. Anyway, save your money. And your time.

Elliot is a twenty-two year old man, who must have surgery to have a brain tumor removed. The day before his surgery, he gets involved in an intimate relationship with Chloe, who is a young photographer. She invited him to her art show, and what could be his Last night prior to surgery becomes a magical journey through the city together. The next morning, Chloe anticipates the possibility of losing Elliot forever. The film portrays the same real, subtle emotion and feelings as if watching 'Love Story.' The story is sensitive, honest, has a few funny moments, and drama throughout. Enjoyable, Acting Performance Superb, and Highly Recommended!

Had been wanting to see this film after seeing the trailer on iTunes and being captivated by Parker Croft's performance. Finally got to watch it on instant video on amazon and am completely in love with the film. Amazing and real film with great turns by the entire cast. Highly recommend.

I adore this movie! I was surprised at how much it made me feel (and not in a sad way). It just pulled at my heart in the sweetest fashion. Like meeting an old friend for the first time.

It has a laid back pace without being boring. It is sweet, sentimental, raw, intimate and most of all authentic. The actors were perfect, I felt like I was right there with them.

From the two main characters chemistry, to the sharing of the good, the bad, the awkward and the completely random. It feels like I'm hanging out with my own quirky friends, going on a first date with someone I'm wholly enamored with, sharing real life with real people. Nothing about this script feels... scripted. It just feels real.

I like Hollywood movies but this was definitely a nice refreshing change from your standard box office prescription for success, without trying too hard to be different. This is reflected wholeheartedly in the ending which was perfect. It's not cliché (of the happy or sad variety). It's just like life, one day at a time.

P.S.
I haven't seen a lot of indie films but this may have gotten me started. I found this movie after seeing Parker Croft as cute Lost Boy Felix in the series Once Upon A Time.

great movie, great music. it felt very real - not too artistic or dramatic which would've kind of ruined the movie for me i guess.
and you just have to like the characters, both seem just normal but yet very authentic and special at the same time. - the actors do an incredible job!
the feelings i got watching this movie were just overwhelming - i'm grateful to have stumbled upon a diamond like this!
i also always enjoy a nice selection of songs in a movie - and here this really worked. the sound just captured me some more!
very touching, i loved all of it!
