Alena works to fit into her new world, with new friends and possible new love. She has the heart of a baker, but the spirit of a warrior. Greek Gods, Greek Heroes, Greek Monsters, and plenty of supernatural drama. This is a fun read with plenty of action to keep you reading. If you love Shannon Mayer's Rylee Adamson series, you will enjoy a special cameo.

I really leave reviews but Shannon Mayer is on a very short list of my favorite authors. She doesn't write characters who are flawless but who have warts and weaknesses who push past them to achieve their dreams and goals when no one else believes they can. Characters of conviction that you end up feeling a kinship with. It isn't just a light hearted book, she subtly teaches a life lesson, too. Well worth reading!.

Incredible! I loved every twist and turn in this thrilling adventure. I loved meeting more heroes from Greek mythology and sympathizing with the plight of the monsters. I truly cannot wait until the next book.

The second book was just as good as the first one. I really like the lead character, she is funny and morals. She isn't a wallflower. I hope book three is just as good.

It's a quick read due to its entertaining nature. Love the idea of Greek gods and monsters amidst classic vampires and werewolves (etc), mixed with the ever-existent innuendos on biases based on what people look like on the outside.

A bit different from I usually read but once started with book 1 I couldn't put it down. Then I had to have the 2nd book. I was not disappointed. The pace is fast and thrilling with some twists.
Thank you for the escape into a fantasy world.

The 2nd in a new series I found. It caught my attention right away. There wasn't that struggle to get involved. I enjoy the main character, watching her come to terms with her new life. I recommend you give it a chance.

Good story, fast reading and interesting. For me, at least, too much emphasis on the Greek gods.I guess that is a main part of the storyline!

I really enjoy Shannon Mayer's books. This series was no exception, although it was a bit lighter then her usual fare. Just a fun east read,
