Spray head makes a great mist. Plastic body seems decently sturdy.

I made the mistake when I got my bottle of running just-off-boiling (210* F) water through it to clean and sanitize it. It’s definitely not heat resistant, so it melted on me (see photo).

Can’t really fault it, just thought it would hold up to almost boiling hot water a little better as I wanted to give it a good clean before using it.

I used one of these to make an essential oil fly spray. I was worried about it being able to spray the oil and water mixture but it does so just fine.

I also use it to make spray colors for stencil work for my scrap books.

Honestly, I am mostly pleased with them, but the spray does not come out evenly. The spray may come out in an irregular stream towards the middle, and the outside is a more of a mist, like it is advertised to be. My colors are very thin, made with rubbing alcohol so they evaporate quickly without warping my paper, so I don't know if it is TOO thin to get a good mist with this bottle or what. I have a larger, store brand bottle that I keep rubbing alcohol in as well, to kill flying insects, and alcohol comes out in a mist just fine. The color I used to tint the alcohol is thin, glycerin based, (cake decorating colors dabbed in the bottle with a toothpick) and I use very little. When I spray on my stencils I get a gradient look, which looks more interesting, so I don't mind. The thing that DOES annoy me about it is the stream that sometimes comes out. It makes my paper too wet and the color soaks through the backside, making it difficult to stencil on both sides...

Unless I was sure I could find a better quality bottle, I probably would go ahead and buy these again. They work fine around the house. For higher quality, I expect to spend more money, so I am giving these bottles four stars. For what I paid, they are a good deal.

Edit to add, a few of them have tried to leak around the spray head. I just make sure to keep them right-side up and the cap on tight so if anything drips, it may be caught in time.

I was looking quite a while online for a small, clear spray bottle to use to spray water on my cat to keep her from biting/clawing me. She is a rescue cat and a friend with 3 cats recommended this. I already use a large plant sprayer for keeping her off the counter and tables.

First of all, this bottle is not that cheap, squishy plastic - it is firm - which is perfect for my use. It comes with a cap so I can carry the bottle and not activate the pump spray while in my pocket. For my purposes - using with plain water, the bottle works perfectly - producing a fine spritz. I won't be putting anything else in it, so can't judge how it would work for any other liquid.

At 2.5 oz, that is a half ounce less than a third of a cup. Size-wise, the container is a little bigger than one of those 5-hour energy drinks.

I do want to laud the customer service on this, an 80cent product!! The ounces listed on the item were slightly higher than the actual bottle (I think 3 oz) when it is actually 2.5? I can't quite recall now. But they *called* me to make sure the smaller size was OK. I spoke with a very nice customer rep and explained what I wanted to use it for. She knew exactly what I was talking about and agreed it seemed like what I wanted.

I realize this is a lot to say about such a small, cheap item. But hey! Above and beyond good customer service deserves all the praise it can get these days.

ETA: I also got an email from the manufacturer who had actually noticed the description error and had contacted Amazon. They wanted to inform me that I could cancel or change my order. I think they sent it before the call, but I had missed seeing it in my IN box. Really good service!!
