The Fantasia brand of Apache Tears (also known as Volcanic Black Obsidian) you are ordering is 100% natural and imported by the ton directly from Arizona to Fantasia Mining's Ohio rock yard. These beautiful natural apache tears are perfect for tumbling, polishing, cabbing, cutting, wire wrapping or keeping in it's natural form as a specimen. Your order will contain multiple pieces of this spectacular material of varying natural sizes, shapes and patterns similar to those shown in our images which is equal to or greater than the weight purchased. On average most of the pieces are around 1 inch in diameter but at times we receive these stones in smaller or larger sizes so it is possible to get pieces larger or smaller than the average.

VERY IMPORTANT: This is rough natural material which means you are receiving it exactly how it came out of the ground. All pictures were taken with the stones being wet which helps to show the materials true colors and clarity. It may not have the same appearance when dry unless it has been polished, tumbled, or cabbed. Its called pure science. Everything has a vibration-including us humans-and can be photographed by an Aura Photo (Kirlian photography). Shungite is made of carbon and this Elite or silver kind is 94% carbon so is sending out a ton of energy. Any vibration-like this stone-when its on your body or near it will try to bring your bodies vibration to match it. Shungite water has healed people as well of many diseases. I like to hold the shungite in my hand at night when I watch TV because it sends the antioxidants and the energy through your body and has healed many people like this as well. It shocking how humans believe in outer space and planets and gravity but yet when they get a simple concept on earth to experience for themselves they become doubters or cant expand their minds to understand it. People that doubt and are skeptics in life lose out on all the amazing things life has to offer while the believers get to experience the bounty of life! Most of the Shungite fits into the cages to make lovely necklaces. It also seems to heal. It offers protection from electromagnetic waves which surround us with all the phones, computers, and other electronics. I put one piece of Shungite on every electronic device I have. Consider putting one under your pillow for protection from electromagnetics. I have heard a user say she holds one on facial skin cancer and the lesion disappears. She also has cured her cat from strange growths in his ears and in his legs.

I have my whole pound sitting in a recycled mexican glass bowl. It looks so beautiful, I may get an additional pound to fill it to the top. I did test a handful of pieces with my OHMmeter and they passed as Shungite. All but 3 pieces are higher quality shungite too and most tumbles show small sections of silver that catch in the light *confirmed to be type II by the vendor and I believe this due to the appearance "type II is Petrovsky Shungite". Most cheaper priced tumbles of Shungite are not this high in quality, so I understand the cost of this selection from this vendor. Tumbles are to size mentioned in description, but most are rounded/chunky, so they appear bigger then listed.

*for those using these in Shungite water or considering it, you need to do your research. Shungite is graded in 3 types. I always have a batch of Shungite water going, but I would never use anything less then high quality Noble/Elite Shungite. As nice as these tumbles are I do not recommend using them to make drinking water with. Over time, unless you are using higher quality Noble/Elite Shungite with little impurities, you will start to get growth in your water and I wouldn't want to be drinking that. I prepped my Elite/Noble stones and have NEVER had ANY growth in my water and I do not switch my stones out. I just replenish my container with tap water when it's getting low.

I loved that the stones came so quickly. They also were as described. I had hoped for a few more but 1/4 pound is not a lot of weight. It was nice getting the card with the description. I liked them so much I ordered another set. It would be nice however, if you they would offer the plastic cards with the description to purchase separately. I wanted to give a few stones to several people and it would be nice to have a card to include in their package so they can order more if they want to. So my suggestion, offer cards separately from the stones. GREAT PRODUCT.. with all the electronics you need these stones to absorb the EMF radiation.

Exactly As Advertised and Excellent quality For Noble Grade Shungite

Product is exactly as advertised and illustrated in the merchant photos (merchant = Fantasia)

I ordered the 1 lb tumbled package and it shipped on time, arrived on time (literally 18 hours after I ordered it).

The quality, finish, and consistency in size demonstrate that this merchant clearly sorted and graded these for quality. Take a look at the second photo of samples placed on a hand... that is exactly the grade and sizing I received.

Close inspection with a 10x magnifier, I can confirm these are Noble grade pieces of Shungite. Quite good Noble grade samples in fact.

If you are looking for "grape sized" polished Shungite.. this is it. And the polish is well done, and it really makes Shungite a lot easier to handle as you do not get the sort of constant gray dust rub-off that you do with raw Shungite (even after multiple scrubs). With soft edges, these will emit a more soft energy then the typical raw pieces with sharp edges (similar to what a Shungite sphere gives vs a Shungite pyramid).

Any jewelry crafter can easily drill these for loop-pins and make pendants out of them since they are well polished and Shungite is relatively soft (3.5 hardness).

Well, they arrived quickly, but it's hard to know if it's genuine shungite. I've done the electricity conductivity test - using a torch bulb and battery - but the bulb didn't light up. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Has anyone else tested them?
