I am using this unit to pressurize my home. Radon had become a problem and this works wonders. I connected it to my HVAC unit using both sides to add fresh air to my living area. This has lowered the Radon readings from about 9/10 to >2. The difference in my feeling healthy is quite amazing. I am 83 years old and did not realize that Radon could have such an affect on my health.
I have added two filters to the intake to make sure the air coming into my living area is clean and odor free. A 12" X 12" pleated filter works perfectly. I use one Carbon for odor and a Merv 13 to clean pollen, dust, etc. Love it. I run it on a low speed to supply my 2K sf living area.
