I really enjoyed this refreshing and unique package from the first unwrapping of the little treasure box to the reading and exploring. The text and photos took me on a very special journey through the wandering life of Tony Gwilliam who seems to have scoured the planet for his experience and inspiration. A fun easy to read book and a great addition on your coffee table providing no end of stories for conversation.

The book is especially intriguing, it's an adventure, and is quite an exquisite recollection of Mr. Gwilliam's life, and the establishment of Bloo Lagoon… his eco-resort in Bali. The presentation is unique and quite beautifully carried out. Clearly, he is not only a man of progressive thinking, but also one that gets it done as part of the exercise. Our hats are off to him.

A hippy ECO pioneer

This is quite the little book. The packaging is fun and exciting to get into the book. The first part of the book I found very interesting as it was about his childhood in England during the war. I find it very interesting to hear this part of history from someone who lived it. Tony goes on to become an architect and meets many mentors to help him on his way. It is crazy how many different countries he has worked in and makes me jealous. He was in the thick of the beginning of ECO living and carried it with him thru out his career. There are loads of photos with stories in the book and the last part of the book has to do with the development at Bloo Lagoon Village in Bali which is meant to be an ECO village. An interesting read--hope you enjoy it.
