I would purchase it again and the price was very affordable.
I am happy to report that these pans are holding up great and they cook the bread evenly! I have attached a picture with the pans and you can see the loafs of bread are nice and golden brown across the top. There is a nice even cook on the bread. I think we will have many more years of use and more importantly many more perfectly cooked loaves of bread in these pans.

These are superb loaf pans, I plan to make some sweet breDs for Christmas, and having two pans isexactly what I need. The pansare mon stick, and recommendations are to hand wash. This will keep them at their best. I made a lemon bread in these pans, and they came out of the pans so easily. One we kept for the family, and I froze the other one. I also made a Cranberry Loaf, and this is the most delicious sweet bread I have tasted. It is very Christmasy, and looks beautiful on a nice white plate with a few cranberries sprinkled around. I have enclosed the recipe for all of you.
Cranberry Bread by Faith Durand
2 cups flour
2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350º F and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl or mixer, then, one at a time, beat in eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt until combined. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring until just incorporated.
Gently fold in cranberries, then pour mixture into greased baking dish. (Could also use 2 loaf pans, if desired.)
Place in oven and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
