I needed some 9" pans for making a carrot cake, and I only ever seem to have 8" pans lately. I ordered these because they were so affordable and well rated. I didn't care for the color much, but they're not obnoxious in person - kinda soft rose gold almost. The coating seems durable - these went through the dishwasher accidentally and came out fine. They really do seem to be non-stick, but I usually add baker's spray anyway. They are of a decent weight without being super heavy, they are definitely not flimsy. I'm really happy with them and would gladly order from this line again.

This cake pan bakes evenly not like cheaper pans I have where the edges get over baked before the middle is done cooking. I also made some Frito pie in it and there was no crusty cheese residue to scrub off the sides of the pan. Going to make some corn bread in soon.
