It’s exactly what I needed.. but after about 5 or 6 uses, I’ve noticed that the griddle is already flexing - so that the outside edges are drooping a little and the middle is the highest point. If I crack an egg onto the middle, it immediately starts to slide to the side. Albeit, I really don’t use it for eggs. I mostly use it for pancakes and French toast and it works fine for that

I purchased this pan recently and used it 5 times to make pancakes. The fifth time I used it the bottom of the pan melted onto my stove even though I was using only medium heat!

What a piece of crap! I expected to be disappointed with this pan, but not after my first use! I feel it’s not even worth the low price I paid. The pan “warped” or bent out of flat shape so it no longer sits flat on the burner. Thus, pan cooks only one side.
It cleans up fantastically and is light as a feather.

This pan is awesome. I saw a lot of reviews saying that the ridges were hard to cook on but I highly disagree. This pan works just as a flat pan would, the ridges are not deep. My word of advice is to only cook it on low to medium because I ruined my last one (different pan) but cooking it on high and it ruined the surface.

Very disappointed with the purchase. Its a low quality griddle and not completely flat. The center part of the Griddle is a bit elevated.
The surface of the griddle is peeling off after few days of use.

Definitely will not recommend it to anyone.

Warped on first use

I bought this for use on my glass cooktop stove. When it arrived the pan was perfectly flat and rested on the cooktop perfectly. I preheated it to about 350 degrees to grill a sandwich. I used a laser thermometer to measure the temperature and never saw any part of the pan go over 375, but at that time another part of the pan was almost 100 degrees cooler, so distribution wasn't good.

After cooling, the pan is now too warped for use on the glass cooktop: it wobbles far too much and only makes contact in one spot as it is shaped more like a very shallow bowl than a pan. I should not have expected much from a $20 pan, but with all the great reviews I at least expected it to be OK for more than a single use!

Caveat Emptor.
