Farley Cadena, an established theater actress, writer, and producer was inspired to design a line of journals and diaries after a health scare in 2017. By journaling her highs and lows, fears and inspiration, she was able to heal herself in a remarkable way. Her personal journal helped launched an Off-Broadway show, STROKE OF LUCK, in 2018. She can be seen carrying it all throughout her one-woman show. After that, journaling became a way of life. During the pandemic, she was driven to write down all her inner thoughts and concerns in a daily journal. And once again, it changed her life, from the inside out. Now she wants to share this practice with others in a line of beautiful journals only available on Amazon.
