The major flaw in this design, however, is that Fat Daddio's stupidly put signage on the removable bottom using sticky stuff that won't come off easily. I peeled off the signage but it left sticky stuff right in the middle of the pan bottom. Nothing worked to get it off. I resorted to scraping which scratched the pan :( I really hope Fat Daddio's changes its labeling system to fix this problem.
As always, hand wash only and use only wood/plastic utensils to avoid scratching.
Be sure to wrap the bottom with something, because it can leak otherwise. (I'm thinking of the butter in the crust)
