like how could she not notice how her arms sit against her body when she is standing and walking at least? She went from morbidly obese to a living skeleton, even if you never look down at your body at all and never look in the mirror, your arms will rest differently when you are a different size. If she went from chubby to skinny, I can see not noticing, but she went from one extreme to the other, which there is no way to miss.
