BUT, the one book that has helped me more than any of the books mentioned above is Dr John Fitzgerald’s book, “Fat Loss The Truth”. I am not going to give away any spoilers in this review, but I will say that this book is a game-changer for me. In fact, I am so pleased with this kindle-book that I am strongly considering it to buy this book in a hard-copy format as well from our local bookstore so that I can read this book through again and again. What makes this book so special? For one, it’s simplicity, straightforwardness and effectiveness. You don’t have to count calories and you don’t have to avoid your favorite foods. My kind of eating plan. This book teaches you how and why creating a calorie-deficit through fasting is the best, easiest and most sustainable way to do it. Secondly, this book does a magnificent job in giving you all the science that backs up intermittent fasting. With this book you will be armed with more than enough ammunition to help convince others of the benefits of fasting. Thirdly, the author of this book has years of hands-on experience with working with elite athletes such as MMA-fighters. If this IF-protocol works for MMA-fighters it will work for everybody. To summarize, BUY this book and give a copy to all your loved ones you care about.

This book is seriously the best book on fat loss I have ever read. The intermittent-fasting protocol described in this book is the most effective, the most sustainable and easiest protocol of all the intermittent-fasting protocols that I have studied and tested. Check it out!
